Home-Start Bristol offers free, confidential support, friendship and practical help to parents in Bristol and South Gloucestershire who are going through a challenging time and have at least one child under the age of five.

Young Minds Parents Helpline

Young Minds offer a Parent Helpline and Webchat for parents and carers who are concerned about their child’s mental health, up to the age of 25.

Mosac

Mosac offer a confidential, supportive, non-judgmental and informative national helpline for parents and carers of children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse. Their helpline is run by trained and experienced volunteers. Lines are open daily from 10am to 2pm (Monday, Thursday and Friday) and 10am to 6pm (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Pause works with women who have experienced, or are at risk of, repeat removal of children from their care. Through an intense programme of support, it aims to break this cycle for a more positive future. Pause aims to not define women in relation to any one issue.
