Sadly Christmas is not a happy time for many women that we work with, which is why we are asking you to support us through Local Giving’s ‘Grow your tenner’ campaign – this launches at 10am on Tuesday 11th December 2018. This year Local Giving are putting a particular emphasis on encouraging people to become long term supporters of their local charities. They will be matching monthly £10 donations for a full 6 months for donors who set up a direct debit to a Localgiving member for a year. So if anyone signs up to make a monthly donation of £10 on our Local Giving fundraising site https://localgiving.org/charity/womankindbristol/ after 10 a.m. on Tuesday 11th, and continues it for a year, we will receive £60 match funding while their funding pot lasts.
