Are you struggling with your mental health during the Coronavirus lockdown? Are you feeling isolated and anxious?
Womankind is offering a free online women’s therapeutic support group via Zoom. This aims to alleviate isolation by allowing women to connect with others to talk about issues and to make sense of feelings about the lockdown conditions we are now living in.
Group participants will have opportunities to explore themes such as: managing relationships, coping with stress and anxiety, facing financial hardship and caring for their families.
The group will run for six weeks on a Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 11.15 a.m. It will start on Tuesday 7th July and end on Tuesday 11th August.
Whilst this is a short term group we will be using a therapeutic approach, it will also give members an introduction to working therapeutically in a group.
For more information contact Womankind on: 0117 916 6461 or 0345 458 2914.
