Our clinical services are provided within the remit of the British Association for Counselling Code of Conduct. Staff and volunteers adhere to Womankind’s policies and procedures, including the Code of Confidentiality, Child Protection and Protection of Vulnerable Adults From Abuse.

We aim to provide the best possible services for all our clients. If there are any complaints we wish to deal with them fairly and quickly, and we have an accessible complaints procedure for this purpose.
